A trip to one of Brighton & Hove's areas of natural beauty, such as Devil's Dyke or Ditchling Beacon can be done easily by bus. So why not ... "take the bus for a walk"?

A regular bus service connecting you from the city to walking and cycling trails. Ditchling Beacon, Stanmer Park, and Devil's Dyke are the three featured locations. Timetables and information is available in the leaflets below.
77 Leaflet - Brighton Pier to Devil's Dyke [PDF - 1.13mb]
From 28 March every Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. From 27 June and right through July and August seven days a week, normally with open top buses. During the High Summer period there will be later buses to Devil's Dyke, with the last bus back from the Dyke leaving at 8.30pm - perfect for a summer evening stroll. Using double-deck, low-floor easy access buses.
